The Snell Isle Property Owners Association (SIPOA) welcomes all of our new residents as well as all of our residents who have called Snell Isle “home” for some time. We appreciate your support as we strive to make Snell Isle a truly beautiful place to live and raise our families.
Annual Membership Levels
Senior and Basic Memberships support SIPOA’s basic operational costs.
Premier Members can allocate funding to special projects. Gold Members and Benefactor Members can allocate funding to special projects of your choice plus a greater access to shape our community.

Your $50 SIPOA Standard Membership includes:
- Informative association meetings at the historic Woman’s Club.
- Promote driving safety with lowered speed limits and enforcement.

Your $100 SIPOA Select Membership includes:

- Promote driving safety with lowered speed limits and enforcement.
- Access to Seasonal special events

Your $250 SIPOA Premier Membership includes:

Your $500 SIPOA Gold Membership includes:
- Informative association meetings at the historic Woman’s Club.

Your $1,000 SIPOA Benefactor Membership includes:
- Informative association meetings at the historic Woman’s Club.
- Promote driving safety with lowered speed limits and enforcement.
- Access to Seasonal special events
- Benefactor Members can allocate funding to special projects of your choice
- Input on increase security and safety projects
- Greater access to shape our community.
